This project was for a client in the Ocean Beach / Sunset Cliffs area of San Diego who had a beautiful modern newly remodeled house and was seeking a new landscape design to match. The concept meetings went harmoniously and smooth, and we decided on topcast concrete with multi-size squares / rectangles for the hardscape along with an avant-garde staggered floating step stairwell in the front yard and semi-modern style planting complimenting synthetic turf areas, a crushed stone Zen area on the North side, and black mexican beach pebble in most of the planters.

Cape Rush, 'Sunburst' Echeverias, Sticks on Fire, Iceberg Roses and Red Yucca were a few plantings we utilized along with a few more select drought-tolerant others and the results came out beautifully.

The clients are very happy with their brand new modern style landscape and the project is a success.
