This was a 3-Part Design project for a 122 home gated townhouse community called Alcala De Rancho Santa Fe. Brian Best of Garden Spirit Landscapeand I teamed up together and did a redesign for their pool area which included vertical garden planters, a private fountain area on top of a seatwall planter, new pots to accentuate the pool and all new drought tolerant colorful plantings.

A new design was also laid out for the grand entry which included a 6' stone Morroccan style fountain and new classical plantings such as Lavender, White Roses, and 'Little Gem' Magnolias.

Lastly, a new design was drawn for the driveway entrance which included new Date Palms, Strawberry Trees, Cordylines, 'Silver Sheen' Pittosporum and a few others.
